How Much Will My Screen Repair Cost?
We charge £30 + screen cost. If for any reason we’re going to charge more we’re upfront about this before starting the service.
You didn’t answer my question, how much will my screen cost?
Screen costs vary wildly depending on the age of the device and supply available. Typically for a laptop that is 3 or more years old screens are around £30 making your total cost to repair £60. However due to low supply an Iphone 8 screen is currently around £180+ so it’s worth considering Apples own out of warranty repair program.
No fix No Fee?
If on a rare occasion we cannot fix your device we don’t charge for any work completed nor the pickup and delivery.
What Do You Charge?
This depends on the service, if you can’t find a page dedicated to your service please head to the contact us page and ask, we’ll get back to you quickly.
Once we’ve got the device we always provide an estimate with both worst and best case examples if applicable.
Do You Offer Warranty?
If the part came with a warranty we pass this on to the client.
Electronic devices are mystical boxes of magic….We like to work on common sense if we’ve undertaken work in the last 3 months and it fails we’re happy to fix it, however “it’s not working again” doesn’t mean it’s related to the last fault. We’re always upfront and pride ourselves on being honest with our customers, we’ll always take the time to explain faults that show in a similar manner. There are unfortunately many possible causes for a device “not turning on”
Can I Drop Off My Device?
Right now no but keep an eye on this space… Our workshop is based in Bridge of Dee but isn’t set up to receive members of the public. We’re building a reception which should be ready start of Q2 2018. In the mean time we’re happy to come pick up your device if you’re in our service area.
Where Do You Service?
We Service DG5, DG6 & DG7 postcodes, if you work or are regularly in the area we’ll service devices from anywhere. We don’t currently accept mail in devices.
